Tea Tempers Halitosis!

If you suffer from bad breath, otherwise known as halitosis, you have one more reason to drink your daily cuppa! One study showed that tea polyphenols help to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria in the mouth. The same study also revealed that rinsing the mouth with black tea can prevent plaque buildup, as well as the acid that causes tooth decay. Dental health is an important factor in your overall wellness, so go ahead and drink your tea! It will give you yet another reason to smile.
